SOMA | DISCOVERY INSIGHTS

Within a wireflow structure, we started mapping some potential end-to-end flows to conceptualize all the channels and systems we had to take into account. This view helps different stakeholders (dev team, client) stay on the same page and iterate within this agile schema. Here are some examples:

Season Planning  Wireflow

We moved from identifying opportunities and creating feature lists to turning them into user flows.

  • Athletes who have played in  the past.
  • Athletes who have filled out any form but have not yet played.

Non-Active/Potential Coaches

  • Previous coaches who no longer are active coaches.
  • People who have expressed some interest in coaching but have not signed up.
  • Very active volunteers who might want to level up participation.
